As a Fixed Asset Accountant, you will exercise your knowledge and your analytical skills to help HCM manage costs to achieve our targeted profitability levels. You will be responsible for reviewing actual costs along with budgeting, and month end analysis - you’ll get to prepare reports to help management make informed decisions! To do this job well, we’d like you to be well-versed in data and financial analysis, have strong attention to detail and a customer service focus. Ultimately, your job will be an integral part of our efforts to ensure profitability and business success

Salary Range: $80,532.00-$84,770.00 plus over-time and bonuses.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare both short-term and long-term capital investment plans, including internal / external reports and analysis
• Provide support / guidance to engineers & cost leads for investment planning, asset capitalization & disposal
• Manage depreciation calculation, reporting & analysis
• Analyze investment variances and create monthly results tracking/internal/external reporting
• Lead yearly fixed asset audit activities (physical count, reporting results)
• Prepare month end journal entries, Asset account reconciliation & tax reporting
• Key point of contact regarding Fixed Asset related matters/ ERP master data maintenance
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, SOX and HCM accounting guidelines and policies
• Maintenance and management of budgeting system in SAP Support management ad hoc requests for information and analysis
