Parts Administrator

Responsibilities

• Reach out to customers, provide information on requested parts.
• Write up purchase orders, confirm accuracy and ensure timely delivery.
• Document errors and track follow-ups from service reports.
• Maintain up to date training records for technicians.
• Track and confirm all required documents are included in each service folder.
• Collaborate and support the parts department.
• Assisting with reception coverage and other administrative support as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma is required; additional training or certification in an administrative support role is considered an asset.
• 2+ years of administrative experience in a similar role.
• Must be able to lift 40-50lbs on a regular basis.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Confidence speaking with technicians and clients.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
• Experience handling both digital and physical records and filing systems.
• Proven capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
