About the Role

This role supports organizations undergoing change by assessing structures processes and readiness and helping teams adapt to new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess organizational structures roles and operating models
  
• Develop organizational design and transformation recommendations
  
• Plan and support change management and adoption activities
  
• Engage stakeholders and support communication efforts
  
• Prepare change plans readiness assessments and support materials
  

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in organizational design or change management
  
• Experience supporting transformation or modernization initiatives
  
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
  
• Practical experience applying change management approaches
