This dynamic position is located in Milton and involves :

• Scheduling and conducting interviews from entry level to skilled positions
• Recruiting, interviewing, placing and motivating employees in a wide variety of industrial and administrative positions throughout the Milton area
• Developing relationships with client companies to ensure that staffing needs are met and expectations succeed
• Generating soft leads and bringing on new clients through outbound and inbound sales activity (online, phone and in-person activity)

COMPENSATION :

Salary offered is dependent on transferable skills / experience : this is not an hourly position.
