A level of education, training and experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in Health Information Science, Business Administration or Computer Science and eight years' experience in a service delivery role including two years of management experience. Experience with multiple best practice process methodologies including LEAN and PMBOK. Thorough knowledge of current and evolving ITIL change, release, validation/testing and configuration management methodologies. Experience working within a health service delivery organization. Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture concepts. Desirable certifications include ITIL foundation certification with practitioner-level certification and CPHIMS-CA certification. Master's degree is preferred.
