Job Description :

Requirement / Must Have :

University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in requirements elicitation and analysis.
Proven experience with business transformation, process design, and IT solution implementations.

Experience :

Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP modules such as Financials, Procurement, Project Management, Supply Chain, and Human Capital Management.

Experience in developing functional, technical, and integration specifications.

Strong background in conducting Fit-Gap Analysis, requirements traceability, and solution design documentation.

Experience supporting testing, data migration, and quality assurance activities.

Responsibilities :

Develop comprehensive functional and technical specifications for Oracle Cloud ERP modules.

Lead requirements gathering sessions and validate business and system needs.

Conduct Fit-Gap analysis to identify configuration opportunities and process improvements.

Collaborate with Oracle Cloud functional consultants and technical teams to translate business needs into solution designs.

Support configuration, integration, and data migration activities.

Document current-state and future-state business processes aligned with Oracle best practices.

Develop process flow diagrams, RACI matrices, and detailed user documentation.

Assist in test case development, test execution, and defect tracking for SIT and UAT.

Act as a liaison between stakeholders, implementation partners, and technical teams.

Support project governance activities, including documentation, issue tracking, and reporting.

Should Have :

Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud and middleware technologies.

Experience with reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, or Oracle Analytics Cloud.

Understanding of automation and workflow design using Oracle BPM or Visual Builder.

Ability to analyze data and provide insights for optimizing configuration and reporting strategies.

Skills :

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.

Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a project-based environment.

Qualification and Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline.

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
