Project Manager / Estimator

Description :

The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of the design and construction process of a building project, from developing and reviewing building plans to making sure a project meets environmental and zoning standards.

Qualifications :

• Project managerial experience; Ability to navigate through a set of architectural drawings; Manage communications / relationship with our customers; Estimating experience an asset; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Coordinate internal resources, vendors and project costs for the flawless execution of projects; Overseeing projects from start to end; Scheduling timelines and shipments; Attention to detail and multi-tasking skills; CAD background an asset
