Finance Manager

What You’ll Do :

  • Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger accounting to ensure timely and accurate payments and records.
  • Implement the monthly inventory reconciliation process to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
  • Analysis of monthly financial results (revenue, cost of services, cash flow, KPIs, etc.).
  • Implement timely profit and loss (P&L) reporting.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators that align with growth targets and operational efficiency
  • Coordinate and manage external audits, working with auditors to provide necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, provide inputs and analysis.
  • Provide cross-functional department support, including expense tracking, regular departmental reporting, project analysis, ad hoc information, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
  • Continually assess and improve financial systems and processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

To Succeed, You Will Need :

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • CPA designation is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience, firm experience is a nice to have.
  • Experience in the technology, manufacturing, or consumer packaged goods industries.
  • High level of attention to detail and exceptional time management skills.
  • Strong analytical, communication, planning, and organizational skills.
