What You’ll Do :
- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger accounting to ensure timely and accurate payments and records.
- Implement the monthly inventory reconciliation process to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
- Analysis of monthly financial results (revenue, cost of services, cash flow, KPIs, etc.).
- Implement timely profit and loss (P&L) reporting.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators that align with growth targets and operational efficiency
- Coordinate and manage external audits, working with auditors to provide necessary documentation and explanations.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, provide inputs and analysis.
- Provide cross-functional department support, including expense tracking, regular departmental reporting, project analysis, ad hoc information, etc.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
- Continually assess and improve financial systems and processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
To Succeed, You Will Need :
- Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- CPA designation is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- 3-5 years of professional experience, firm experience is a nice to have.
- Experience in the technology, manufacturing, or consumer packaged goods industries.
- High level of attention to detail and exceptional time management skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, planning, and organizational skills.
