Our leading energy client is in search of an Intermediate Land Analyst specializing in Third-Party Crossing Management and land-related agreements for pipeline projects. ( )
Must Haves :
- 4 + Years experience within third-party crossing management :
- Experience conducting right-of-way analysis and land or pathway right-of-way assessments.
- Navigating regulatory requirements and prepare consent agreements for third-party crossings.
- Knowledge of Canada Energy Regulator, Alberta Energy Regulator , and BC Oil and Gas Commission regulations regarding pipelines and damage prevention.
- Working experience with Pandell, Landworks or SharePoint
Nice to Haves :
- Professional Land Management (PLM) certificate / diploma
- Bilingual, English and French.
