Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve network incidents (routers, switches, VPN, firewalls, etc.).
- Provide user support both remotely and on site.
- Install, configure, and maintain network components and related equipment.
- Monitor network performance and recommend improvements.
- Document configurations, interventions, procedures, and any changes made.
- Collaborate with IT teams for updates, security patches, and infrastructure upgrade projects.
- Ensure compliance with network and access security policies.
- Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and clarity
Qualifications
CCNA certification required or in process .Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).Relevant experience in network support (troubleshooting, configuration, maintenance)5 years of experience in a similar roleSolid knowledge of network protocols and equipment (switches, routers, firewalls), VPN, VLAN, etc.Autonomy, rigor, and strong analytical skills.Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service mindset.Valid driver’s license or residence near the office to ensure presence on-site 2 days per week.Job Benefits
Salary : CAD $60,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience.Vacation : 2 to 4 weeks, based on seniority.Equipment provided : Laptop and external monitor for remote work.Schedule : Hybrid — required presence in the office 2 days out of 5.Start date : As soon as possible (ASAP).
