Position Overview : This position is responsible for being the face of Trans Global Service demonstrating enthusiasm while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction!

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with courteous and professional in-home servicing of all furniture ensuring adherence to The Perfect Call
• Repair of case goods flats and upholstery products with the support of experienced technicians
• Order parts and ensure inventory supply levels are sufficiently maintained
• Communicate with customers regarding details of the assessment and servicing required
• Complete all service documentation describing repairs in detail and reporting identification of repaired stock
• Ensure the proper maintenance of shop tools and vehicles
• Adhere to all health and safety security building and departmental procedures
