About Our Client

Our client, located in Mississauga, is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst for a permanent position and will report to the Controller

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for providing financial accounting and analysis to support the Controller and the Finance Group
  • Responsibilities encompass monthly financial close and reporting, assisting with monthly forecasts and annual budgets
  • The role is a hybrid role of approximately 70 / 30 FP&A vs. Accounting duties

Qualifications :

  • CPA Designation
  • 5 years of previous experience in an Accounting / FP&A role
  • Experience with the inventory and distribution industry
  • Hands-on experience with any ERP system
  • Experience with large organizations
  • Advanced MS Excel skills with experience in creating financial models
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong team player with a passion for working in collaborative environments
