We are expanding our sales operations in Surrey, BC and are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to proactively prospect, develop, and close new and existing business opportunities. This role supports customers with new and used equipment, as well as parts, service, and preventative maintenance solutions.If you enjoy sales, building relationships, and working in a collaborative, result-driven environment, we would like to hear from you!

• Prospect and qualify new customers through inbound and outbound calls
• Generate leads, negotiate pricing, and close sales opportunities
• Prepare professional proposals and quotations aligned with company branding
• Maintain accurate sales records using MS Dynamics CRM
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service

What you'll bring:

• 2–3 years of sales experience or experience in a similar role
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Highly motivated, organized, and customer-focused
• Valid driver’s license, access to a personal vehicle, and ability to travel across North America as required
