Overview
Canadian owned and operated media company is looking for a Digital Marketing Administrator. This is a hands-on position where you will manage digital marketing campaigns, maintain website content, coordinate advertising, and support administrative functions. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a fast-paced publishing and digital media environment.
Location & Schedule
Langley, BC (Office-based, Full-Time)
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Salary: $45,000 – $60,000 + Benefits
Key Responsibilities
- Manage digital ad campaigns (Responsive Ads, Google Ad Manager, programmatic ads).
- Create and schedule email campaigns & newsletters (Mailchimp).
- Track and report analytics & marketing performance (Google Analytics).
- Write and optimize website content and blog posts for SEO and user experience.
- Support trade shows and oversee promotional materials.
- Proof monthly print publication and assist with production workflow.
- Support dealer website management and update digital listings after each publication deadline.
- Manage subscriptions, renewals, and mailing lists.
- Provide customer support for digital services along with regular admin assistance.
Qualifications
- Marketing, Communications, or Business diploma (or related experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising coordination.
- Proficient with Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Microsoft Office.
- Technical knowledge of SEO, content writing, digital ads.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Must have a reliable vehicle (no transit near office).
