Role : Contracts & Proposal Administrator
Status : Permanent, Full-Time
Location : Abbotsford, BC
Schedule : Onsite, Monday to Friday
Looking for a driven and motivated Contracts & Proposal Administrator.
Compensation :
- $58K to $70K salary

Responsibilities :
Perform contracts and proposals administration activities and functions that support finance and legal strategies.Manage and maintain contracts & proposals database :Upload contract documents and relevant customer communications to databaseCompile and maintain all required contractual records and documents in accordance with contract requirements and policies and proceduresEntry of contract details into databaseRun reports from database, as neededFiling, emailing / faxing, distribution and organization of executed contractsRecognition, analysis and solution definition for contracts and proposals administration issuesPreparation of periodic internal and external reports and / or summaries relating to contracts and proposals progressEnsure appropriate and timely renewal and / or changes in accordance with Contract Management policiesMaintain awareness of legal requirements, contract / proposals terms and reporting requirements to maximize business advantages and ensure complianceProvide appropriate support to internal, non-legal documents as it pertains to contracts and proposalsSupport finance and other internal clients for invoice validation prior to paymentCoordinate with cross-functional teams / individuals to support effective data compilation for business requirements, associated to contract management.Qualifications :
Excellent communication skills : fluent written and verbal English is mandatory.Detail oriented.Advanced computer skills : MS Office Suite including Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel.Ability to interact with all levels in the organization.Excellent time management skills.Familiarization with the aerospace industry considered an asset.Minimum : Must have a legal dec minimumDiploma in Legal Studies, Paralegal, Business Law, or other relevant discipline considered an asset.Must be Canadian or Permanent resident
