Continuing the success and growth of our Canadian business, ERM is seeking a motivated and Principal Consultant - EHS Regulatory Compliance and Management Systems to join our Sustainable Operations team in Sudbury or Toronto. ERM delivers a wide range of services related to EHS regulatory compliance, program development, management systems, due diligence transaction evaluations, training, and non-financial auditing and risk management. As a member of the team, you will conduct audits of regulatory and sustainable frameworks, and develop strategies, programs, procedures, and tools to support and improve our Clients’ EHS programs.
The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of EHS technical capabilities and an understanding of business processes to help our clients proactively address their EHS risks and challenges. This position will have a focus on serving our mining clients. This is an excellent career opportunity for an experienced professional to work with an expert consulting team on challenging EHS management projects for large global clients. For the Principal Consultant, EHS Regulatory Compliance and Management Systems position, we anticipate the annual base pay of $111,763 – $139,243 CAD. An employee’s pay position within this range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. We also may have instances where employee’s fall outside of the range based on the factors noted above. This job may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term / flex force employees are NOT bonus eligible).
