Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Contract Sales Representative based in Sylvan Lake, Alberta. The Contract Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, promoting and selling building materials and products, preparing and following up on quotes, managing customer accounts, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also involves working closely with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide support for project needs.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills
• Experience with preparing contracts, quotes, and managing customer accounts
• Knowledge of building materials, construction, or related industries is an asset
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems, CRM tools, and basic office software
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally if required
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, sales, or a related field is an advantage
