Overview
Hey future Notch Content Creator! You’re confident behind the camera for video and stills, with an eye for framing and the instincts to do whatever it takes to capture the perfect shot. You’re a post-production wizard, turning raw footage into scroll-stopping edits and stills that grab attention in the first 3 seconds. You’re passionate about creating and a true team player, thriving in collaborative environments and working directly with clients to bring ideas to life while adapting to their needs.
Bonus points if you’ve already created AI-driven content or are excited to experiment and play with it.
Responsibilities
- Bring concepts to life from brief to final deliverable, collaborating with Notch Producers and accounts teams
- Shoot and edit video for branded social media content and corporate communications
- Capture standout stills for static social content and events.
- Create light design assets, like digital banners, to support video and still content.
- Turn raw footage from influencers into sizzle edits that make brands shine.
- Craft content that looks, feels, and sounds authentically like the brand – from video to stills to supporting post copy.
- Spot opportunities for brands to join conversations, respond to trends, and engage audiences in creative ways.
- Help the world get to know Notch by creating and managing our own organic social content, sharing our work, our vibe, and our story with the right timing, tone, and impact.

Qualifications
You’re a creator through and through. You’ve got a portfolio of social-first, entertaining content and know what makes people stop scrolling.Comfortable with camera and lighting. You can shoot on a phone or professional cameras like the Sony A7S or FX3, set up lighting for on-location shoots, and bring the vision to life. You are comfortable running solo.Editing pro. Experience with mobile editing (Capcut) and Adobe Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects).Design-savvy. Comfortable creating light design assets in Canva or similar tools to support video and still content.Social-savvy. You know platforms inside and out and test best practicesInquisitive and innovative. You don’t just take the brief – you take it up a notch, asking questions, experimenting, and pushing ideas further.Organized and strategic. You thrive in fast-paced environments, juggle multiple projects, handle small budgets, manage admin, and keep everything on track while meeting client needs.Experienced and knowledgeable. 3–5 years in content creation; working knowledge of video, broadcasting, and online technology; understanding of current events, pop culture, and social trends; college diploma or university degree in a relevant discipline.A true team player and communicator. You collaborate, present ideas confidently, write clearly, and help elevate the work while keeping the process fun.Bonus skills.
