Company Description La Knowlton Co. was founded in 2019 with the philosophy : "Life is rough, but the beer is smooth." We believe that no matter who you are or what kind of life you lead, a good beer can wash away the challenges of a rough day. Our microbrewery aims to brew universally accessible beer—something both amateurs will appreciate and enthusiasts will rave about. Located in the heart of Knowlton, Quebec, our brewery has become a community hub where locals and visitors gather to enjoy finely crafted beers and hand-tossed, wood-fired pizzas. Our packaging, inspired by storytelling in comic strip format, reflects our love for stories and our commitment to creating joyful memories. As we continue to grow, our vision includes expanding our brewery site, diversifying our product offerings—from beer to local foods, catering, and events—and building a team that can scale with clarity, efficiency, and purpose. We are committed to lifting our community and achieving symbiotic growth for both the brewery and the town of Knowlton.
