Role Description This is a full-time or part-time, on-site role for a Controller located in Brome Lake, QC. The Controller will oversee financial operations, including budget management, financial reporting, and financial analysis. This role also involves maintaining accounting records, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, managing payroll, and overseeing accounts payable and receivable. The Controller will work closely with the management team to support strategic planning and decision-making. Qualifications Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budget management, and financial analysis Proficiency in maintaining accurate accounting records and managing payroll Experience with accounts payable and receivable processes Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Proficiency in financial software and tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA designation is a plus Experience in the brewing or beverage industry is an asset Perks A seat at the table as we grow Flexible, supportive working environment Chance to shape our financial future Competitive salary and opportunities to grow
