Job description

Schedule

Monday to Friday – 3pm to 11pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Protect property and assets by maintaining a visible presence.
  • Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems.
  • Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct security checks of designated areas.
  • Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors as needed.
  • Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records.

Skills

  • Proficient in operating CCTV systems and other security equipment.
  • Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and practices.
  • Familiarity with law enforcement procedures and protocols.
  • Ability to conduct effective surveillance and identify potential security risks.
  • Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.

    • Role Requirements

  • Valid Use of Force certification.
  • Strong observational and surveillance skills.
  • Proficiency in CCTV systems operation.
  • Knowledge of loss prevention strategies.
