Job Responsibilities

Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
Post journal entries
Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
Prepare trial balance of books
Reconcile accounts

Skills and Requirements

Familiarity with the four primary financial statements : balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, and statement of shareholders equity

Proficiency in Caseware, Sage 50, Sage 300, QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop Accountant, Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro for management tasks, Sharepoint Cloud Server

Employment Details

Location : Regina, SK

Work location : On site

Salary : $33.60 per hour (hourly)

Terms of employment : Full time
