Finance Director

Your responsibilities : Supervise accounting and financial operations.Develop profitability analyses in support of major financial transactions - including full P&L, break-even, ROI, NPV, IRR (or MIRR) and ROI calculations for the business unit concerned.Develop and update multi-year forecasting models for the business unit concerned.Provide strategic and analytical support to contribute to product line profitability and customer gross margins.Develop and maintain the business unit's internal budget.Lead and / or participate in process improvement, system automation and reporting initiatives.Responsible for financial analysis of new strategic initiatives / analyses such as bank financings, M&A and new product launches.Manage the finance team and be responsible for the overall performance and results of the team. Responsible for personnel management.Your profile :

• CPA designation
• 7 to 10 years' relevant experience
• Good systems (SAP an asset) and Excel skills
• Have a strong business and entrepreneurial sense, and also a "common sense", "get things done" and "make work fun" attitude
• Have a good understanding of financial concepts with the desire to make an impact, willing to take risks and with the ability to solve problems.
• Ability to express ideas clearly, both orally and in writing, in French and English (to communicate with international managers).
• Demonstrate active listening skills capable of motivating those around you.
