Job description

We are currently building our pool for Secretaries for contract roles with one of our valued clients in the HRM.

  • Paid Weekly
  • Rates Vary  Requirements :
  • Grade XII, one year commercial course w / two years’ experience or the equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

Job duties  may include but not limited to :

  • Preparation of general correspondence
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Handling travel arrangements
  • Filing and other related duties as needed
