Responsibilities

This position is primarily focused on the internal / admin website and infrastructure. Your work will support our different teams by improving the systems they rely on daily.

Implement new features and change requests while ensuring quality and performance

Deliver high-quality and maintainable code, collaborating closely with teammates to achieve high PR acceptance rates

Plan and execute migrations with zero or minimal downtime

Communicate effectively with other teams to refine specifications and set expectations

Troubleshoot issues and respond promptly to help requests from other teams

You aim to make pragmatic decisions and consider the balance between technical debt and over‑engineering

Qualification / Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer / Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent

1‑3 years relevant experience in a full‑stack or backend development

Experience with Ruby on Rails is a requirement

Practical experience maintaining or supporting infrastructure in AWS is an asset

Knowledge of VueJS and GraphQL is an asset

Fast learner with strong problem solving skills

You operate independently even with complex or ambiguous requirements
