In this role, you’ll drive sales growth and provide exceptional service within an assigned territory by managing existing accounts and acquiring new business opportunities across British Columbia.What you will be doing : Developing and executing a territory sales plan, including customer visits, prospecting, and event participation.Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to achieve sales targets.Identifying and securing new accounts to expand business opportunities.Delivering engaging product training and presentations, including clinical and peer-to-peer sessions.Collaborating with in-territory trainers to align on sales goals and strategies.Representing the company at industry events and trade shows to promote the product portfolio.Managing administrative tasks such as sales forecasting, maintaining customer records, and handling expense reports.Ensuring compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.The experience you bring : Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.3+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in medical or capital equipment sales.Demonstrated success in managing a sales territory and meeting or exceeding sales targets.Expertise in aesthetic practice management, dermal fillers, and neuromodulators.Knowledge of facial anatomy and injection techniques.Creative, strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Entrepreneurial mindset with a customer-focused approach.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.If you’re a driven professional looking to make an impact in the aesthetics industry, we’d love to hear from you!
