Training Coordinating Specialist

Position Summary
We currently have a vacancy for a Training Coordinating Specialist who will coordinate, conduct and contribute to the planning, development and delivery of the LC4ISR training solutions. Initially, the Training Coordinating Specialist will primarily be involved in coordinating training and administration of courses for both Thales employees and that of the Canadian Forces. The Training Coordinating Specialist is also responsible for collaborating in the development of the training associated with engineering changes and the coordination of Service Providers who provide Operator and Maintainer training to the LC4ISR Enterprise (Thales employees, DND organizations). They will also act as a Product Owner for the team that will build and distribute the learning material associated with LC4ISR, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders as needed.

The reference Total Target Compensation (TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target, is between Total Target Cash (TTC) $80,000 - $115,000 CAD Annual.
