In this high-visibility role, you will oversee daily clinic operations, mentor clinical and administrative staff, and shape workflows that support exceptional patient care. What Youll Do

✔️ Support two surgeons and one APP

✔️ Oversee clinic operations, staffing, workflows, and patient experience
✔️ Build relationships, refine KPIs, and identify workflow/efficiency improvements

✔️ Support new initiatives including AquaBlation and the launch of a pediatric urology program
✔️ Manage budgets, business operations, and quality improvement efforts

What We Are Looking For

• At least 2 years of surgery clinic management experience, (required)
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
• Urology or surgical specialty experience, strongly preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
