The Inventory Staff is responsible for accurately managing and processing goods within the warehouse, ensuring product quality, proper documentation, and compliance with company procedures and safety standards. This role is key to maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting audits, and optimizing warehouse efficiency.

Conduct physical inventory counts in accordance with company standards and proceduresOrganize and process pending products following specific guidelinesInspect product quality, including expiration dates and product condition (e.g., fresh items)Perform damage control and handle reusable discards appropriatelyComplete checklists for equipment and vehicles at the start of each shift and report anomaliesProcess irregularities and escalate issues to supervisors as neededEnter data accurately into the computer system and / or inventory tracking filesAssist with audits and ensure compliance with certification and regulatory requirementsMaintain a clean and organized work area following Good Quality Practices and 5S principlesAdhere to all safety rules, regulations, and internal proceduresProperly store containers in designated storage areasPerform quality and weight checks on goods trays and update tray statuses in the inventory systemApply and uphold all health and safety rules in line with ID Logistics and local policiesQualifications :
