Which profiles are we recruiting and for whom?

We are looking for an experienced Application Support Specialist to join our team and support Corporate and Institutional Banking Securities Services (CIB2S). This position requires strong expertise in IT application support within the securities services / custody domain, with a minimum of 10 years of experience and advanced technical skills.

What will my responsibilities be?

• Provide daily business process support in securities services / custody domain (trade settlements, corporate actions, cash processing, tax, risk management, reconciliation).
• Ensure production incidents impacting BAU are resolved within SLA and prepare Post Incident Reports.
• Act as liaison between business users and IT teams (local / global / internal / external).
• Perform Level 1, 2, and 3 support for complex issues and propose alternative solutions.
• Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks for automation and configuration management.
• Configure and administer Dynatrace monitoring for applications and infrastructure.
• Conduct prioritization meetings with stakeholders and coordinate vendor defect resolution.
• Monitor application state and technical processes proactively using provided tools.
• Provide complex SQL extractions and support on‑call and weekend release rollouts.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance policies and participate in audits and risk investigations.
