Shipper Receiver- Counterbalance Propane

Temp to Perm

Location : Brampton (West dr / Steeles)

Rotational Shift :  , Days and Afternoon weekly shift rotation

7-3pm and 3-11pm Monday to Friday

Payrate : $20.50 – rate increase with perm hire $21.50

  • Retention bonus payable over 15 months $2600
  • Candidates with SAP and RF scanning experience would be considered an asset
  • Preparation of all BOLs
  • Preparation of all custom documents Preparing all courier orders
  • Working with Transplace to balance LTLs and FTLS within Canada and US Working closely with production for C054 inventory errors
  • Perform weekly cycle counts via NLINK and SAP Working closely with all shippers and drivers

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Moving drums and pails
  • Loading / unloading trucks
  • Determine method of shipment and prepare bills, invoices and other shipping documents.
  • Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, record shortages and reject damaged goods
  • Other duties as required

    • Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Must have valid forklift license (counterbalance / standup reach)
  • Must have basic to intermediate computer skills
  • Able to safely and repeatedly, pull and carry heavy items
  • Must be energetic, self-motivated and have the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Must demonstrate a proven record of consistent on-time attendance
  • Previous manufacturing experience in a similar environment is an asset
  • Experience with RF warehouse systems an asset
  • TDG certification will be an asset
  • WHMIS trained is an asset
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work on a 2 shift rotation Mon-Fri – Days / Afternoons

    • Working Conditions :

  • Must be able to work in a flexible temperature environment
  • Exposure to powders and solvent vapours (within regulated personal exposure limits)
  • Wear PPE
  • candidates must have work permit, PR or citizens to be eligible
