Software Analyst

Marketers on Demand is searching for a Software Analyst for one of our largest clients here in the GTA. In this role you will perform design, analysis and programming projects in cross functional environments. This is an exciting agile role where you can collaborate with larger teams while contributing and learning new skills.

Responsibilities :

• Designs, codes, debugs, write test procedures and tests software code
• Reviews code, test procedures and test results
• Review and provide data for cost estimates
• Handle medium to large scale software applications
• Working with software tools such as Microsoft Visual Studio, Desktop Simulator, Target Simulator and more
• If needed, perform engineering testing in the field and investigates problems in the field.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a university degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.  In addition, experience with C, C++ is a must have for this role.

Over 3 years of similar experience in a corporate environment is needed.

Please note, this is a 12 month (to start) contract position with a competitive hourly rate. Also, this is a hybrid position with our client’s office based in Toronto.
