The team is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Software Manager who is passionate about innovation and eager to drive high-impact product development in a collaborative, technical environment.About the Role : As the Software Manager, you'll be responsible for the on-time delivery of software across a key product line. You'll lead development team leads, architects, and senior software engineers, guiding them to deliver cutting-edge video technology solutions aligned with roadmap objectives.Key Responsibilities : - Lead, mentor, and inspire software development teams using Agile best practices.- Ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable software aligned with industry standards.- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including product management and engineering.- Define measurable goals and performance metrics for team growth and delivery.- Promote consistent architectural design and software reuse across products.What You Bring : - Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering (with CS option), or Computer Science.- Minimum 5 years of experience managing software development teams.- Proven track record in team building, coaching, and project delivery.- Experience with Kanban, API / SDK development, and cross-platform environments (Windows / Linux).- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure).- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.Join a forward-thinking team where innovation, collaboration, and excellence drive everything we do.
