GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY
The Corporate Auto Fund Partnership Representative is responsible for building and maintaining effective business relationships with Auto Fund partners and stakeholders to contribute to customer and partner experience, traffic safety promotion, and efficient operations.
The role identifies opportunities for improved partnerships, facilitates development plans, and monitors results against established key performance indicators (KPIs).
Works collaboratively with Auto Fund departments to strengthen partner relationships, resolve issues, and provide recommendations to assist the Auto Fund in achieving its corporate objectives.
Some work is performed away from established headquarters and overnight stays may be required.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Auto Fund Procurement and Consultation
Collaborates with Legal and Auto Fund departments to support the creation, renewal, and amendment of contracts with external partners.
Supports Request for Proposal / Advanced Contract Award Notice process in collaboration with Purchasing, Auto Fund Operations, and Traffic Safety.
Acts as a liaison to coordinate, plan, and schedule consultations between internal and external stakeholders to support partnership procurement processes.
Develops and maintains effective business relationships with partners, vendors, and Auto Fund departments, including understanding the different business areas of expertise.
Gathers, analyzes, and compiles feedback from external stakeholders and customers to measure satisfaction with Auto Fund products, processes, and programs.
Develops reports for Auto Fund departments and senior leadership that outline the feedback collected from external stakeholders.
Works in collaboration with Customer Insights to analyze and interpret survey data to draw conclusions.
Auto Fund Partnerships
Collaborates with Auto Fund business areas to identify partner performance goals, monitors partner performance, and provides recommendations on how to improve.
Based on the partnership framework, involves the appropriate internal business partners to resolve any issues that arise in a timely and effective manner to ensure successful partnerships.
Collaborates with Corporate Auto Fund Training to reinforce and coach internal staff on relationship management skills and procurement best practices.
Conducts reviews with Auto Fund departments to identify growth / efficiency opportunities best suited for partners and promote strategic alignment toward mutual objectives.
Collaborates with Auto Fund business areas to identify, analyze, and translate partner KPIs into actionable steps to improve partner performance.
Responds to questions and correspondence from partners and Auto Fund personnel in oral and / or written form.
Develops and maintains relationships with industry members to monitor trends and activities in the market.
Coordinates and attends partner training, seminars, and conferences to observe and monitor.

Proficient knowledge of business processes and practices, organizational units, and how they interact to support the corporation's objectives.
Proficient knowledge of contract management.
Proficient skill in report writing and conducting consultations, surveys, interviews, and presentations.
Fundamental knowledge of the services provided by the division, partner agencies, and associations.
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS
Two-year diploma from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study, such as Business, or defined equivalency.
Possession of a valid driver’s licence.
EXPERIENCE
3 5 years' experience in managing accounts and partners.
