We are seeking an experienced SAP Concur Consultant to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP Concur solution. This role will require strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Design, implement, and configure SAP Concur solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to stakeholders on SAP Concur functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs. Develop and maintain documentation, including CRD and FSD.
Participate in testing, validation, and quality assurance of SAP Concur solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP Concur, escalating complex issues to vendors or other support teams as needed.
Technical Requirements :
- 5+ years of experience with SAP Concur, including implementation, configuration, and support.
- Strong understanding of SAP Concur Expense module
- Experience with SAP Concur Integration with other systems, such as ERP, HR, and accounting systems.
- Knowledge of SAP Concur APIs, web services, and data integration.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Soft Skills :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to think critically and creatively.
- Experience with training and mentoring junior team members.
Certifications : SAP CIP certifications is must
