The Glencoe Golf & Country Club is offering Full Time and Part Time Seasonal Banquet Server positions within the Food & Beverage Team for the 2026 Golf Season. As a Seasonal Banquet server, you will deliver professional food and beverage services in all that we do and constantly aspire to create a second home environment for our members and guests. If you are a positive and energetic individual who enjoys building relationships, prides themselves on providing exceptional service, and works well in a team environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service, offering friendly and efficient service that exceeds member expectations every time
• Prepare tables, serving stations, and buffet areas with precision and flair, ensuring every detail is perfect before service begins
• Go above and beyond, always aiming to exceed service standards and contribute to a positive, high-energy team environment that elevates the guest experience
• Provide bar service, handling both cash and credit transactions smoothly while creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest
• Complete essential tasks that set up your team and the next shift for success, ensuring a seamless transition and continuous excellence
• Ensures compliance with all Glencoe Health and Safety standards and the Alberta Occupational Health and Safety regulations

Additional Details

These are full time and part time positions that report to the Banquets & Events Manager. The successful candidate may be required to work a variety of shifts including weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays, so a flexible schedule is required.

The successful applicant will be required to complete a background check as well as Respect in the Workplace online certification prior to commencing employment.
