We are a full-service architectural and interior design studio with a broad portfolio spanning civic, retail, multifamily residential, cultural, andmercial projects. Your new role
In your role, you will be playing an integral part in the success of the firm, through effective project leadership, innovative ideas, and nurturing of established relationships. With their client's needs being at the core of the philosophy of thepany, you will be required to present design ideas that reinforce their ideas and are fiscally responsible. Your main core responsibilities will be concentrated on quality,pliance, client care, business development, project leadership, and project management. You will be involved in the success of the firm through many lenses and will be required to balance architectural duties with leadership duties, and help move the project forward from a design and drafting standpoint. Some other major duties will include : keeping up to date on design trends and software, ensuring projects are undertaken in adherence to laws, regulations, and code requirements, and participating in resource planning. You will be the main point of contact from project conception to close out and help provide architectural oversight to team members, clients, and consultants.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution (licensed or eligible for AAA) with abined 5 years of project work experience. You will possess proficiency in Revit and have experience working on a variety of projects (institutional,mercial, multi-family residential). The ideal candidate will be service and relationship-oriented. We are looking for candidates that are not afraid to take on leadership duties and can accept others' differences to help establish a strong team. Additionally, someone that is a strongmunicator can strengthen new and existing client relationships. Business Development experience is a strong asset.
