Job Summary

We are seeking an AI Technical Lead who brings deep hands-on AI experience and strong engineering this role you will guide a growing AI team shape the technical direction of the platform and stay hands-on with coding to solve complex problems and deliver high-quality production features.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentor AI developers on writing clean reliable code and following good engineering practices
• Design and improve multi-agent workflows LLM features and RAG pipelines
• Build and maintain backend Python services and AI pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams Software Architects and other Technical Leads on system design and architecture
• Support the team in designing retrieval pipelines embedding workflows and vector search logic
• Maintain knowledge bases and ensure high-quality contextual retrieval
• Participate in architectural discussions and propose improvements
• Ensure scalability reliability and operational excellence across AI systems
• Stay current on emerging AI techniques tools and industry patterns

Salary : $104000 - $130000

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target payable for the base salary of new hires across all Canadian locations. Actual compensation may vary outside this range and is dependent on various factors.
