We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead and support critical business and technology initiatives. This role requires a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of process analysis requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement.
This is a 6 month contract position extendable up to 24 months.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and document detailed business needs.
- Analyze current workflows and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop business cases including costs benefits and risks of proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align business and technology solutions.
- Create functional specifications user stories and clear documentation.
- Conduct impact analyses and provide mentorship to junior team members.
- Participate in testing and training to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Act as a liaison between endusers technical teams and consultants.
- Drive process reengineering projects and prepare detailed recommendations.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Commerce or a related field.Minimum of 10 years as a Business Analyst with 5 years in process analysis and Agile projects.Strong critical thinking communication and client relationship skills.Proven ability to negotiate frame problems and produce wellinformed decisions.Clean criminal record and ability to pass enhanced background checks.Preferred Assets :
IIBA accreditation or knowledge of BABOK.Key Skills
