Salary : Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our buildings remain clean, safe, and in top working condition. Your daily tasks will include performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of the need for repairs, and maintaining the cleanliness of both indoor and outdoor areas. This position requires working across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform general maintenance, including completing work orders, checking mechanical equipment, moving large items, such as appliances, and assisting with repairs as needed
• Prepare suites for move-in and move-out
• Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas, including parking levels, mechanical rooms, and exterior spaces on the property
• Ensure garbage bins are properly managed and moved for scheduled pick-up
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly
