Key Responsibilities :
Outbound Sales : Make high-volume outbound calls to existing clients.Client Interaction : Speak with decision-makers to optimize their online advertising, aiming to increase their investment and extend campaign duration.Consultation : Provide strategic advertising advice and capture sales opportunities that align with client goals.Relationship Building : Develop and maintain relationships through multiple calls over the quarter.Day-to-Day Duties :
High Productivity : Expect to spend most of the day on calls, aiming for 5+ full value calls daily (30-45 minutes each).Multi-tasking : Use multiple computer windows effectively while managing client interactions.Proactive Outreach : Perform cold calls, follow up with clients, answer emails, and participate in training and coaching sessions.Hours and Training :
Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, with shifts between 9 : 00 am - 6 : 00 pm, and a total of 35-44 hours per week. Shift bids are monthly based on performance metrics.Training : 8-week program consisting of 4 weeks of classroom training and 4 weeks of live practice with support from trainers and team leads.This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to handle a high volume of calls and tasks efficiently.
