What You'll Need to Succeed No experience or degree required - Just the ambition and commitment to grow Customer service and / or retail experience preferred but not required Life Insurance License preferred but not required Strong communication skills to effectively assist clients in securing their benefits Self-motivated team player who thrives in both independent and group settings Coachable mindset -ready to learn and adapt to new strategies Access to a Microsoft-based computer capable of running Zoom Workplace & a reliable internet connection for remote work Your Role : As an Insurance Agent, your primary goal is to protect and empower clients by offering tailored insurance solutions.
You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping individuals and families secure coverage that meets their needs and financial goals.
Key Responsibilities : Assess Client Needs : Conduct consultations to understand clients insurance requirements, risk profile, and financial situation.
Recommend Products : Present suitable insurance plans (life, health, final expense, accident, etc.) that align with clients short- and long-term goals.
Generate Leads & Build Pipeline : Prospect new clients through referrals, community outreach, digital platforms, and networking.
Educate Clients : Clearly explain policy features, benefits, exclusions, and costs to ensure full transparency and understanding.
Process Applications : Assist clients in completing policy applications accurately and submit required documentation in a timely manner.
Customer Relationship Management : Maintain long-term relationships through regular follow-up, policy reviews, and timely communication.
Support Claims Process : Guide clients through claims procedures and liaise with insurers to ensure timely resolution.
Stay Compliant : Adhere to industry regulations, ethical guidelines, and company policies (including AML / KYC protocols).
Continue Professional Development : Stay current with product knowledge, licensing requirements, and market trends through training and certifications.
