Pharmaceutical Sales Rep, Respiratory - Montreal
Xediton is a specialty pharmaceutical company focused on meeting the needs of patients, physicians, and partners. We develop, partner, and make available new and established medicines to promote the health of Canadians. We are located in Oakville, Ontario.
Job Description & Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain business relationships with GPs, specialists, and other healthcare providers in community and clinic settings.
- Achieve and exceed periodic sales targets through efficient territory planning and management.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns to drive sales and raise brand awareness.
- Conduct sales calls to promote and sell products to physicians, specialists, clinics, and pharmacies.
- Build productive customer relationships, ensuring customers’ scientific and business needs are met.
- Assist in sales planning, forecasting, and territory analysis (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
- Engage in operational marketing plans that support business objectives.
- Attend sales and product-related meetings as required.
- Receive and document product complaints and adverse drug reactions from customers and healthcare professionals.
Qualifications & Skills
University Degree, preferably in Science.Minimum 5 years experience as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, preferably in Respiratory.Highly energetic team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with social media tools is an asset.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Valid driver’s licence.Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting; strong sales aptitude.Very strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage own workload while multi-tasking to meet deadlines.Salary : $100,000
