What you must bring to the role
- Project Management Professional ( PMP ) certification
- 8 to 10 years project management-related experience in banking
- PM experience in capital markets or custody is a requirement
- Proven track record of successfully executing multi-year business transformation projects
- PM experience on a fund accounting project is a big asset.
- Expertise in collaborating effectively with senior business and technology stakeholders
- Excellent decision-making skills and presentation skills
- Ability to obtain results by assisting and influencing the work of others Analytical skills to ensure objectives are properly represented in project and communication plans
- Ability to clearly identify and communicate the status and progress of project
- Expertise to anticipate, recognize and resolve issues concerning the project objectives
- Strong planning, organizational, monitoring and administrative skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate relationships
What you will achieve in the role
Develop all project plans to achieve the objectives of the projects.Anticipate and take appropriate action to address developments that could potentially affect the achievement of the work plan.Manage expenses, budget and overall administration of the projectShare and transfer knowledge to support business areasOnly those who are qualified will be contacted.
