Technical Developer

Location : Vancouver, BC (On-Site)

Type : Full-Time (40 hours / week)

Experience : 2–7 years

Compensation : $50,000–$70,000, depending on experience

We’re looking for a Technical Developer who brings a sharp eye for detail, a love of construction, and a collaborative mindset. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment and enjoy turning design intent into wearable, well-fitting products, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Support the full development life cycle - from early sketches to final samples
• Manage and track samples with accuracy and urgency
• Build and maintain organized, up-to-date Bills of Materials
• Create and update tech packs that clearly communicate design and fit intent
• Assist in live fittings; capture notes, measure garments, and support pattern updates
• Develop and maintain garment specs, ensuring clarity and consistency
• Communicate with overseas and local partners to move development forward
• Collaborate closely with Design, Production, and Planning teams
• Help maintain consistency in construction, fit, and quality across the line
