YOUR CHALLENGE

You are an integral part of providing expertise, application know-how, and products that benefit our customers. As a Technical Sales Representative in the Montreal region, your goal is to understand our customers’ coatings process and applications to offer our range of Protech Group products to suit their specific needs and requirements. You will :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed territorial targets;
  • Prospect, identify, and qualify new regional sales opportunities;
  • Utilize excellent product and industry knowledge to educate customers on pricing and application advantages;
  • Provide technical information and troubleshoot product-related problems;
  • Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction through increased availability and responsiveness, clean order process, tracking orders, and following up on accounts as necessary;
  • Cultivate, develop and maintain long-term customer relationships;
  • Collaborate with other departments (i.e. Logistics, Research & Development, Manufacturing, Marketing) throughout the entire process in order to meet customer expectations.

YOUR EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in B2B sales;
  • Minimum of 5 years of technical application experience, including powder coating, liquid coating, and primer.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred);
  • English & French language mastery (spoken and written);
  • Exemplify a dedication to customer satisfaction and delivering end results;
  • Able to quickly understand and explain technical products to customers from various industries;
  • Willing to cooperate, share responsibilities, take direction and advice within the team and other related departments;
  • Able to plan and organize multiple responsibilities simultaneously;

En tant que représentant téchnique votre objectif est de comprendre le processus et les applications de revêtement de nos clients afin de proposer notre gamme de produits du groupe Protech pour répondre à leurs besoins et exigences spécifiques. Vous devrez :

  • Développer et exécuter des stratégies de vente pour atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs territoriaux ;
  • Prospecter, identifier et qualifier de nouvelles opportunités de ventes régionales ;
  • Utiliser une excellente connaissance des produits et de l'industrie pour informer les clients sur les prix et les avantages des applications ;
  • Fournir des informations techniques et résoudre les problèmes liés aux produits ;
  • Maintenir un niveau élevé de satisfaction de la clientèle par une disponibilité et une réactivité accrues, un processus de commande propre, le suivi des commandes et le suivi des comptes si nécessaire ;
  • Cultiver, développer et maintenir des relations à long terme avec les clients ;

Collaborer avec les autres départements (c'est-à-dire la logistique, la recherche et le développement, la fabrication, le marketing) tout au long du processus afin de répondre aux attentes des clients.

VOTRE EXPÉRIENCE ET VOS COMPÉTENCES

Minimum de 10 ans d'expérience dans la vente B2B ;

Minimum de 10 ans d'expérience dans les applications techniques, y compris le revêtement en poudre, le revêtement liquide et la prétraitement.

  • Diplôme d'associé ou de licence (de préférence) ;
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français (oral et écrit) ;
  • Faire preuve d'un dévouement à la satisfaction du client et à l'obtention de résultats finaux ;
  • Capable de comprendre et d'expliquer rapidement des produits techniques à des clients de diverses industries ;
  • Volonté de coopérer, de partager les responsabilités, de prendre des directives et des conseils au sein de l'équipe et d'autres départements connexes ;
  • Capable de planifier et d'organiser plusieurs responsabilités simultanément ;
