Your Role And Responsibilities

As the SAP S / 4HANA OTC Lead, you will serve as a client-facing delivery leader and functional expert responsible for designing and implementing Order-to-Cash solutions within large-scale SAP S / 4HANA programs. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients—translating complex business requirements into scalable solutions—and lead cross-functional teams through all project phases, from design to post-go-live support.

This role requires deep both deep business process knowledge and functional expertise in SAP SD / Order-to-Cash. You will need a solid understanding of end-to-end integration with Finance, Supply Chain, and Logistics, and the ability to lead client workshops, design sessions, and technical teams to deliver business value.

Delivery Leadership

• Lead the OTC workstream within SAP S / 4HANA implementation projects, ensuring alignment with the overall program strategy, scope, and timeline.
• Serve as the primary client point of contact for OTC-related topics—managing expectations, facilitating workshops, and driving design decisions.
• Oversee delivery in accordance with SAP Activate / IBM Ascend or equivalent methodology, ensuring all work products, design documents, and testing deliverables meet quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with functional leads across MM, EWM, FI / CO, GTS, and Supply Chain Planning to ensure seamless end-to-end process integration.
