Overview: As an Urban Planner, you will develop plans and programs for land use in urban areas. You will collaborate with government officials, developers, and the public to create communities that are sustainable and meet the needs of residents.

Responsibilities:

• Develop land use plans and programs.
• Review and approve development proposals.
• Conduct field investigations, surveys, and research to compile and analyze data on economic, social, regulatory, and physical factors affecting land use.
• Present reports and recommendations to government officials and the public.
• Ensure compliance with zoning laws and environmental regulations.
