Your Role on our Team :

The Property Relations Administrator assists the leasing team with administrative tasks and maintains relationships with our third-party property management partner. They also provide administrative support to the sales team as required.

In this role, you will :

  • Conducts competitive rental rate research
  • Prepares meeting agendas and minutes as required
  • Other duties within the job’s scope, spirit, and purpose, as requested by management
  • Prepares and updates suite vacancy and leasing reports
  • Prepares monthly accounting and leasing reports
  • Assists in planning project and community events
  • Prepares Leaseback Program amendments via DocuSign
  • Liaises with third-party property and condominium managers
  • Assists in planning and organizing community engagement projects and events
  • Conducts post-occupancy inspections to ensure units are ready for purchaser turnover
  • Review sales files for accuracy and obtain required documentation
  • Maintains & updates marketing and sales reports as required
  • Attends and participates in leasing and sales meetings
  • We would like you to have :

  • Post-secondary education or college diploma is required in a relevant field
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle is required
  • A minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience is required
  • Experience within property management and / or residential home building will be considered an asset
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
