About the Role

As Panagos Social Media Manager, youll shape the voice and heartbeat of our brand across every digital platform. Youll craft and execute strategies that grow our audience, engage our fans, and help make Panago the most loved pizza company. From planning big-picture campaigns to responding to individual fans, youll bring creativity, authenticity, and connection to every interaction.

In summary, this role is a strategy owner, community manager, influencer lead, paid social overseer, and digital asset steward.

Activities & Impact

Lead Strategy & Community

• Develop and execute a clear, insight-driven social media strategy that aligns with Panagos brand values and business goals.
• Manage day-to-day social media presence across Meta, TikTok, X, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
• Monitor conversations, trends, and competitor activity to proactively engage audiences and amplify our brand story.
• Act as the voice of Panago in direct consumer engagement, friendly, human, and always on brand.
