Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented intern to support our Marketing Programs Coordinator by assisting with administrative, operational, and data management tasks related to our contractor and dealer marketing programs. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate looking to gain experience in marketing operations, CRM management, and program administration.

As a Marketing Programs Intern, you will help manage inquiries, process applications, update partner profiles, and assist with marketing claims. Your role will directly contribute to streamlining processes and improving program efficiency within our team.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Application Support

  • Monitor inquiries from contractors and dealers related to marketing programs and respond accordingly.
  • Assist with reviewing and processing Techo-Pro applications (contractor membership program).
  • Support contractor financing applications, ensuring all required documents are submitted and entered correctly.
  • Follow up on outstanding program requirements to ensure timely completion.

CRM & Data Management

  • Create and update contractor and dealer profiles in our customer relationship management (CRM) system (HubSpot).
  • Clean up and maintain accurate program data, ensuring proper tagging and company associations.
  • Assist with dealer store listings on our website, ensuring all profiles are current and correct.
  • Marketing Program Assistance

  • Support CO-OP marketing claims processing, including ad approvals and reimbursement submissions.
  • Conduct outreach to verify and update partner participation in marketing programs.
  • Help track and organize program-related documents and reports.
  • Qualifications

    Who You Are

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A clear communicator, comfortable handling inquiries and following up on requests.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn CRM systems like HubSpot (prior experience is a plus!).
  • Comfortable with data entry, file management, and administrative tasks.
  • A team player who takes initiative and enjoys improving processes.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or relevant experience).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing databases, or program coordination is a plus.
  • Experience in administration, customer support, or marketing operations is beneficial.
